Crown Northampton is committed to providing the highest quality handmade footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

Prepare the Package

Ensure all footwear is unworn and in its original, mint condition packaging, including all dust bags and accessories, to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to the Workshop

Securely package your items and ship them back to our Northampton workshop using a tracked and insured courier service of your choice.

Inspection and Processing

Once our master shoemakers have inspected the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
